Characteristics of hydrogenated nitrile rubber
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is hydrogenated to remove part of the double chain. After hydrogenation, its temperature resistance and weather resistance are much higher than that of general nitrile rubber, and its oil resistance is similar to that of general nitrile rubber. The general operating temperature range is -25~150 ℃. Advantages: It has better abrasion resistance than Nitrile rubber, and has excellent corrosion resistance, tensile strength, tear resistance and compression properties.
It has good resistance under atmospheric conditions such as ozone, and is generally used in cleaning agents for laundry or dishwashing. Disadvantages: It is not recommended to be used in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry in alcohol, ester or aromatic solutions. It is widely used as a seal in the environmental protection refrigerant R134a system.
